OPPORTUNITY To Join Our FHO 2020

We are a collegial group of ten family physicians looking for up to four additional physicians to join our FHO. We have received approval from the Ministry of Health to recruit for new FHO positions in this rapidly growing area of Ottawa (Bank St and Queensdale Ave). We have an extensive wait list of patients looking for a physician, and expect new physicians could fill their roster within several months. New physicians will be eligible for the income stabilization program.

We offer a modern facility with 20 exam rooms and two procedure/minor surgical suites, with an adjacent sterilizing/reprocessing area. We are well-supported by a team of medical office administrators, nurses, and in-house specialist physicians (Dermatology, Psychiatry, General Surgery). The office is equipped with brand new Mac computers, and uses PS Suite EMR.

Overhead rates are negotiable depending on practice size, with premiums for working off-peak hours.

Please note: the Ministry of Health has stipulated that physicians who are currently members of patient enrolled models (eg. FHG, CCM) are not eligible to apply for these positions.
