Uninsured Services

While the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) covers medically necessary services, some procedures and administrative services are not, and physicians are not allowed to bill OHIP for them. The demand for these uninsured services has significantly increased and require considerable time and resources.

Please refer to the attached information sheet for a list of common uninsured services. If the service you need isn’t listed, contact our office for clarification. Fees are based on the 2024 OMA Physician’s Guide to Uninsured Services.
