Referrals

Thank you for your understanding as we coordinate timely referrals to specialists and essential tests. You can anticipate receiving appointment details from the specialist’s office within 6-8 weeks and sometimes longer.

If your referral is designated as urgent and you have yet to receive communication within 2 weeks,  please feel free to contact us.

 

For cancellations or rescheduling Specialists appointments, we kindly request that you reach out directly to the their office to avoid any no-show fees.
