2025 Flu Clinic

Protect yourself and your loved ones this flu season!

High-Risk Patients: Please Come First

If you fall into any of the following groups, we encourage you to attend an early flu clinic:

  • Pregnant women

  • Residents of nursing homes or chronic care facilities

  • Adults aged 65 and older

  • Children aged 6 months to 4 years

  • People with serious chronic conditions (COPD, cancer treatment, transplant, etc.)

 

High-Risk Flu Clinic Dates (No appointment needed – bring your Health Card):

  • Wednesday, Oct 29 – 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM

  • Thursday, Oct 30 – 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

  • Friday, Oct 31 – 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

  • Saturday, Nov 8 – 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

💉 Adults 65+: Standard-dose quadrivalent vaccine (protects against four flu strains).

 Flu Clinic for Everyone Else

  • Saturday, Nov 22 – 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

If you prefer, you can receive your flu shot earlier at a local pharmacy.
Please notify us afterward so we can update your medical record.

💉 COVID-19 Vaccines

COVID-19 vaccines are not available at our clinic.
Most pharmacies offer them — please check with your local pharmacy for availability.
